Ka Huna Massage

This is a massage that is also referred to as Lomi Lomi and fully incorporates the mind, body and soul connection. This is accomplished by creating continual flow and rhythm throughout the massage and is an experience that is described as feeling like waves of the ocean. I use a combination of hula and tai chi movements predominantly with the use of my forearms and elbows to glide up and down the body. There is a focus on breathing and release which will allow you to really connect to what is happening in your body. The seven principles of Huna are
